NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Commissioners of the Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, June 30, 2026 at 6pm via a Zoom teleconference remote meeting platform. The purpose of this Special Meeting is to
- Discuss reports and recommendations including, but not limited to,
- Board discussion of RFP# 26-20 Consulting Search Firm Services
- Personnel matters
- Receive, review, and vote on resolutions regarding:
- Awarding of Consulting Search Firm contract
- Executive (Closed) Session matters comporting with N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b which may include contract negotiations and legal matters falling within the attorney-client privilege
Formal action may be taken. Members of the public may participate by joining the meeting and utilizing the access information posted on the Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority website at www.wmua.info. In addition, the Board of Commissioners may adopt a Resolution to meet in Executive (Closed) Session to address matters not listed above pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b, should the need arise.
