WMUA Administrative Office Temporarily Closed
The Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority (WMUA) announces that its administrative office will be temporarily closed to the public effective August 21, 2026, until further notice.
The closure is necessary to complete Phase 2 of the Authority’s mold remediation and building restoration project, which includes the replacement of damaged walls, flooring, and other building materials removed during the initial remediation phase.
During this period:
- In-person customer service will be temporarily unavailable.
- Customer service representatives will remain available by phone and email during normal business hours.
- Online payments will continue to be accepted.
- Checks and money orders may be deposited in the overnight payment drop box.
- Cash payments will be temporarily suspended until the administrative office reopens.
This project is limited to the administrative building and does not affect drinking water quality, wastewater treatment operations, or utility services. Water and sewer services will remain fully operational throughout the closure.
The Authority anticipates that the administrative office will remain closed for approximately one month, although the reopening date will depend on project progress and completion. Additional updates will be provided as they become available.
We appreciate the patience, understanding, and cooperation of our customers and community as we complete these necessary improvements to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for employees and visitors.
