BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
WILLINGBORO MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Commissioners of the Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority shall convene a Special Meeting on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in person at the WMUA Annex, Suite 304, 215 Sunset Road, Willingboro, New Jersey 08046. The purpose of the Special Meeting shall be to address the following matters:
- Conduct a Board retreat for the purpose of reviewing, discussing, and considering reports and recommendations, including, without limitation, the following:
- Board By-Laws;
- Board operational matters;
- Personnel matters;
- Long-term strategic planning; and
- Goal-setting and related governance objectives.
- Consider and, as appropriate, vote upon resolutions concerning the following:
- A Closed Executive Session pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b, which may include discussion of personnel matters, pending or anticipated litigation, contractual matters, and/or legal matters protected by the attorney-client privilege.
No formal action shall be taken except as expressly set forth herein. Members of the public may attend and participate in the meeting in person. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to adopt a Resolution to enter into Closed Executive Session pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b to address any matters permitted by law, should the need arise.
