PUBLIC NOTICE
The Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority has awarded a contract for professional services without publicly advertising for bids pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law, utilizing the professional services exception to public bidding set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i). The contract is for Laboratory Services, awarded to Garden State Laboratories in an amount not to exceed $110,000.
The contract has been awarded for a term of one year, July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, for an amount not to exceed as set forth below, with the award resolutions and contracts available for public inspection at 433 John F. Kennedy Way, Willingboro, N. J. 08046-2119 during the hours of 9am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday.
