Dear Valued Community Member,
The Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority is embarking on a crucial initiative: the development of our
comprehensive Master Plan. This vital plan will guide our operations, infrastructure investments, and service
delivery for the next 10 to 20 years, ensuring the continued provision of safe, reliable, and sustainable water,
wastewater, and stormwater services to our entire community.
We firmly believe in a “We” leadership philosophy, recognizing that the future of these essential services belongs
to all of us. Your unique experiences and perspectives are invaluable in shaping this shared vision. To that end,
we invite you to review and answer ten key questions that will directly inform our planning process. Your input
is essential to ensure our Master Plan truly reflects your priorities and concerns.
