NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE WILLINGBORO
MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Commissioners of the Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority will hold a Special Meeting on September 4, 2024, at 6pm in person at John F. Kennedy Center, 429 John F. Kennedy Way, Willingboro. The purpose of this Special Meeting is to:
- Discuss reports and recommendations including, but not limited to,
- Executive Director presentation of Architectural Review for Upgrade of Well 6 Water Treatment Plant with open community discussion -formal action by the Board may be taken.
- Executive Director presentation of fencing and landscaping design for Well 5A Water Treatment Plant- formal action by the Board may be taken.
- Executive Session matters comporting with N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b which may include personnel matters for staff and board compensation, promotions, leasing of office space, legal matters including anticipated litigation, and matters falling within the attorney-client privilege.
Formal action may be taken. Members of the public may participate by attending the meeting in person In addition, the Board of Commissioners may adopt a Resolution to meet in closed session (executive session) to address matters not listed above pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b should the need arise.
