PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Commissions of the Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority will hold a Special Meeting on March 6, 2024, at 6pm via a remote meeting platform. The purpose of this Special Meeting is to discuss the position of Director of Personnel, selection of a candidate to fill the position, and to discuss the PFOS public notice template. Closed Session may be held pursuant N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b for the purpose of discussing permitted topics which include legal and personnel matters related to PFOS and concerning the position of Director of Personnel. Formal action will be taken. Please see Agenda under the Meetings tab.
Please note that all public video and telephone connections will be muted during the meeting. However, during the public comment session portion of the Board meeting members of the public may (1) text or speak public comments to the Board using either the chat feature of the video link or speaking their comments when prompted by the moderator or (2) verbally communicate their comments via the telephone conference connection when prompted to do so by the Board. Public comments may also be sent via email to publiccomment@wmua.info or by postal mail to 433 JFK Way, Willingboro, 08046. Comments must be received by 12nn on the day of the meeting. Comments received after that time may be undertaken at the next meeting.
