UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
Notice of intent to award contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for Restroom, 12×56 MS (Non Std) (Restroom Building Multi-State Approvals Size excludes 4′ towbar.) (This is a custom 12 ‘ x 50’ building.) in the amount of $88,190.00. This is in accordance with Exhibit A through Sourcewell contract number: #120822-MMR for Mobile Modular, a Division of McGrath Rent Corp., Corporate Headquarters, 5700 Las Positas Rd ., Livermore, CA 94551. Information regarding the contract may be found at the WMUA, 433 John F. Kennedy Way Willingboro NJ 08046 during regular business hours, as well as on the Sourcewell Cooperative at https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/
The WMUA joined the Sourcewell Cooperative (formerly NJPA) and holds account # 100101.
The Sourcewell Cooperative contract expiration for #120822-MMR is February 24, 2027.
It is the intent of the Utilities Qualified Purchasing Agent to recommend to the WMUA Board of Commissioners to make a contract award to Mobile Modular, a Division of McGrath Rent Corp., Corporate Headquarters, 5700 Las Positas Rd ., Livermore, CA 94551 for Restroom, 12×56 MS (Non Std) (Restroom Building Multi-State Approvals Size excludes 4′ towbar.) (This is a custom 12 ‘ x 50’ building.) in the amount of $88,190.00. The WMUA is permitted to join Sourcewell National Cooperative under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
Comment period ends on June 30, 2026. It is anticipated a resolution of award will be approved by the Board of Commissioners of the WMUA on July 15,2026.
