Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority, Burlington County
Be advised that the Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority (the “Authority”) has a need to acquire professional services under and in accordance with a fair and open process pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, and Pay to Play Law including N.J.S.A. 19:44A -20.5 and N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-5

- Purchasing Agent
- S3 Sewage Operator
- Treasurer
The proposals are intended to be for a one-year period and subject to the execution of an appropriate contract.
The solicitations for proposals are available online at wmua.info or you may request a copy by sending an email to sanderson@wmua.info. Responses should address the general criteria and mandatory minimum criteria for the position sought. All responses will be treated as confidential and reviewed only by the governing body unless otherwise required by law.
Proposals for the above positions must be received on or before Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 12:00 pm. Responses must be fully sealed. One original and three printed copies of the proposal shall be placed in a sealed envelope of the approximate size of nine by twelve inches. This envelope shall be the bidder’s name and the position for which the proposal is being submitted. If you mail or hand-deliver your proposal, the envelope shall be addressed as follows:

The proposals will be publicly opened in the Authority’s conference room located at our 433 John F. Kennedy Way building in Willingboro on the above-stated date and time.
All responses shall be opened, and the name of each responding entity shall be announced publicly, immediately thereafter by the Executive Director or his representative. Responses will be reviewed by the Board of Commissioners of the Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority and appointments, if any will be announced at a public meeting.
