Due to the delayed meter readings, that occurred as a result of recent harsh snow days; the stated sections of town may experience a slightly higher than normal bill. The 1st quarter billing cycle may be based on a 4 month period rather than the normal 3 month period. If you reside in one of these sections and have experienced a 4 month period bill, the following 2nd quarter billing cycle will be based on a 2 month period.
